Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.oppticsales.com (the “Site”) and the OPPTIC Sales Method Time Audit tool (the “App”), both operated by OPPTIC Sales Method (“OPPTIC Sales Method,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Site or the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the App.

2. Who we are

OPPTIC Sales Method is a sales training, coaching, and consulting business founded by Morgan Lim and based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. We provide a time-based sales operating system that includes workshops, Training-as-a-Service, advisory engagements, written materials, and the free Time Audit tool.

3. Use of the Site

The Site and its content are provided for general informational and educational purposes. You may view and use the Site for your own lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or App in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, the App, or our systems.

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Site, the App, or their infrastructure.

  • Copy, scrape, republish, or redistribute Site content except as permitted in Section 5; or

  • Use the Site or App to transmit malicious code or to harass, defraud, or harm others.

4. The Time Audit tool

The free Time Audit tool is provided as an educational diagnostic. It runs in your browser and stores the information you enter locally on your own device; it does not require an account and does not transmit your time-allocation data to us. The results it produces are estimates intended to build awareness of how your working time is allocated. They are not a guarantee of performance and should be used as one input among many in your own professional judgment. The App is provided “as is,” and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.

No guaranteed outcomes. Our methods, materials, tools, and services are designed to help revenue teams use their time more effectively, but individual and team results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific sales, revenue, quota, or performance outcome.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, the App, and all content we provide — including the OPPTIC Sales Method and its frameworks (the Time Audit, the 60-3-35 Cadence, OPPTIC Qualification, and MAP & SONS), text, graphics, logos, the OPPTIC Sales Method™ name and marks, course materials, and the book Unleashing the Power of Time — are owned by OPPTIC Sales Method or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your own personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any of our content or methods without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Submissions and communications

If you submit information through the contact form or otherwise communicate with us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Please do not send us confidential or proprietary information that you do not wish us to use. We will handle the personal information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party properties and services, including LinkedIn, Medium, and the Time Audit tool hosted on Netlify. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms and policies.

8. No professional advice

The content on the Site and in the App is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. You should obtain advice appropriate to your own circumstances from a qualified professional before making decisions based on it.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site, the App, and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any results or information obtained from them will be accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OPPTIC Sales Method and its founder, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising from your use of the Site or App is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OPPTIC Sales Method and its founder, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or App or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OPPTIC Sales Method regarding your use of the Site and App, and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. Any separate written agreement you sign with us for paid services will govern those services to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.
